Shipping and Return Policy

Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days after being received. Transport time normally takes an additional 3 - 5 business days.

If products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can remedy the problem.

Due to the nature of our small batch, handmade process, the color of our products may fluctuate or change. Our soap may also change in color or design from one batch to the next. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order.
